My Mexican Pizza

When I got on my diet I thought I couldn't make anything fun, but I was wrong because this pizza was a lot of fun to make and I loved making it :)
I made a Mexican pizza with
  • 1 gluten free pizza crust
  • *I used 2 egg yolk because I cant have egg whites
  • Re-fried Beans
  • Mexican Vegetable Frozen Mix
  • Browned some beef and mixed with gluten free taco mix
  •  Delicious!

To top it off I added some peach applesauce and a snicker doodle (gluten free)

Breakfast - blueberry yogurt, Aldis live g free preztels, and Quaker's apple cinnamon oatmeal


Travel day!!


Breakfast -same smoothie as yesterday

Lunch - Sandwich ( gluten fee bread with with apple butter and butter

Dinner - McDonald's French fries and a bunless hamburger

Cranapple juice on the plane

Day 6

Breakfast - Smoothie
Sliced Peaces, Peach Yogurt, Ice, Welch's Kiwi and Star Fruit Juice
*This smoothie is very sweet, I like especially since I can't eat a lot of sweets :)
Also I made this in a Ninja blender again

Lunch - left over red beans and rice, fish, peach and cottage cheese, chex mix (rice)

Snack - Same smoothie as breakfast

Dinner - None*
*I believe that I got an allergic reaction to the fish or something else because I got a headache that reached a level 8, which I haven't had in about 3 weeks.
