Day 5

I just decided to start this, maybe help someone else with food allergies :)

Breakfast - Smoothie
 Frozen Peach Slices, Peach Yogurt, Ice, Milk
I blended it into a Ninja blender

Lunch - Red Beans and Rice*, Chex Mix (Rice), and blueberry Applesauce
*We modified this to fit my allergies <-this will open in the same tab
Changed the dried beans to canned kidney beans un-drained
No Pork product for me, so I didn't add ham hock and no smoked sausage.
I cooked turkey bacon and crumbled it up and added it to the mixture.
Serve over Rice

Dinner - Fish: Talipia and Haddock

Dessert - Accorn Squash*
*1 Acorn Squash sliced in half covered with saran wrap microwaved 10 minutes
Take out careful it's hot
add 1 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoon brown sugar
cook for 1 minute and a half
remove saran wrap
Enjoy!
